AI assistants and Google recommend the businesses with a live stream of recent, credible reviews. Most good local businesses have the service and not the reviews — and most multi-site brands have them in one branch and not the others. Reputation Autopilot builds the system that fixes that, and the visibility follows.

What decides the answer
Every AI assistant answering "who's the best plumber near me" is reading the same things: how many reviews you have, how recent they are, what they actually say, and whether your profile backs them up. It reads a business with forty reviews from this year differently from one with two hundred from four years ago.
That's the part most businesses get backwards. They treat reviews as something that happens to them — a rating to be anxious about — rather than something to be collected on purpose, every week, from customers who were already happy.
Collect them properly and the visibility takes care of itself. That's the whole idea.
Get found. Get chosen.
See where you stand
Start with the map. Google's own AI answers draw on your Google profile and reviews, so where you appear there is the clearest early signal. Try one search your customers would use — what you do and where, not your business name. Your map result appears in seconds, and I'll follow up by email with what ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity say for the same search.=

The method, free to copy
Four stages. The first three you can do yourself for free, and plenty of businesses do — I'll show you exactly how. The fourth is the one that quietly defeats people, because it means doing the same thing every week, forever.
Activate gets the foundations right. Accelerate collects the reviews. Amplify puts them to work. Automate keeps all three happening without you.
The part I sell
Everything above, running without you. Set up around how your business actually works, then left to get on with it.
Email, SMS, QR code or a tap of an NFC card, whichever fits how you meet customers. One link covers every review site, with a reminder for anyone who forgets.
Every review gets a reply drafted and waiting for your approval. You stay in control of the words; you just don't have to find them.
New reviews appear on your website, your Google profile and your social accounts automatically, so the proof is wherever someone's deciding.
Your reviews become articles answering the questions customers really ask, structured so search engines and AI assistants can find and quote them.
And because every review is analysed, you find out what customers keep mentioning — the member of staff they name, the thing they complain about twice a month, the service they didn't know you offered.
How it gets set up
Up and running the same day. I map your customer journey to find the moments people are genuinely pleased, build the ask in at those points, and keep it tuned as Google and the AI assistants change what they reward. Simple for your customers, working for you from the first week.
This is where 35 years in customer experience earns its keep. I find the points where your customers are genuinely pleased — after the treatment, on collection, when the job's signed off — and build the ask in there. Not a generic reminder three days later.
Whoever meets your customers needs to know when to mention it and how to ask without it feeling awkward. A short session with them does more for your review count than any feature. Where it fits, I'll supply NFC cards for the counter or the van.
Google changes the rules constantly, and what works well today can quietly start costing you later. Keeping across that is my job, not yours — so what you're doing this year still works next year.
"It would be easy for him to sit back given that the platform works so well on its own, but instead he takes a proactive approach, regularly coming up with new ways to streamline the process for clients to leave reviews, and ways for myself and my team to encourage clients to do so."
Holly Siddall, Director, ILex Accountancy Services
Real reviews, real people
Every review here arrived through the same system you'd be running. Nobody was screened first, nobody was offered anything, and nobody had their review written for them.
Where I won't cut corners
Reviews only count if they're real — Google knows the difference, and so does every AI assistant reading your profile. Everything here is designed to stay on the right side of that, so what you build keeps counting.
Every customer sees the public review option and the private feedback option at the same time. No question in front of them deciding which one they get.
No discounts, no prize draws, no entries. Nothing Google would call an inducement, and nothing that makes a review less believable.
Nobody writes a review on a customer's behalf. The system makes it easy to leave one, and easy to say what actually happened.
No rating markup we've made up. Where stars appear in search, they come from a verified third party who holds the reviews, not from a number we've typed into your website.
What it costs

Some brands need every branch's reviews resolving into one picture, so the brand's reputation works for each location and each location feeds the brand. Some have reviews on industry sites that nothing pulls automatically. Some need customers to leave a review without logging in anywhere, because that's what gets the volume up. If any of that sounds familiar — or you've got something else awkward — it's a different plan and a different conversation.
Priced on what you need. Twelve-month term.
Before you book
No. Your Google profile stays exactly where it is — we work on it, not around it. Nothing moves and nothing needs rebuilding.
Reviews start arriving in the first fortnight. Visibility follows the reviews, usually over two to three months, because it's the steady flow that counts rather than a spike.
About ninety minutes of your time, working with me, to get set up, and it can all happen the same day. After that, your part is asking — made as easy as a tap, a text or an email — and approving the replies that are drafted for you. Most people spend a few minutes a week on it.
You'll see it before you have to answer it, with a suggested reply written for you. And an occasional ordinary review isn't a problem — a steady flow of recent, real ones is what counts.
Build and Grow are monthly — cancel whenever. Scale runs twelve months because the platform behind it does.
Forty-five minutes, no pitch deck. I'll look at your profile before we speak and tell you what I'd do first — whether or not you work with me.
